Interline Systems BV, specialist in analytical measuring systems, was set up by Frans Boot in 1990. For many years he has led this successful business with passion and enthusiasm. With retirement approaching, Frans recently decided to transfer the business to new owners.

Bart Struwe and a group of investors have taken over the business and are now the proud owners. To ensure the smooth transfer Frans Boot will remain with the company for a few months more but in the meantime Bart Struwe has already taken over the day-to-day management.

After gaining his degree in Earth Sciences at Delft University of Technology, Bart Struwe held various management positions and directorships, including at Procter & Gamble and KPN. He then became an independent consultant and interim manager for several years.

The group of investors have a strong network in Dutch industry, particularly in those areas in which Interline finds its customers.

Interline Systems will continue to focus on the supply of high-quality analytical measuring systems, backed up by excellent service and state-of-the-art innovation. Interline currently employs a staff of 17 people. This number is expected to grow over the next few years to around 25-30 people.
