PAMAS S4031

The S4031 is a portable particle counter for liquids. It is used for research and off standard measurements in laboratories and test institutes for indoor and field application.

It can be used for batch sampling or for online measurements. A wear resistant ceramic piston pump guarantees a constant flow. With a simple to use touch screen user interface operation is easy and intuitive. Up to 32 free adjustable size channels can be used and 16 different channel settings may be stored in the system. The system is equipped with a built-in battery for up to 2h operation and data storage of more than 500 measurements.

PAMAS Water Viewer

The WaterViewer is used as an online particle counter for low viscous liquids.
Sample input for the standard system is 0.5 to 4 bar pressure, grab sampling or mixed system available on request. The WaterViewer has been designed for a fully automated operation. Also analog and digital I/O of external devices is possible. Automated sensor cleaning removes minerals and most other deposits. The system can be expanded to 4 – 32 waterlines using an automatic multiplexer unit.

Particle sensor:
The system can be used with different sensors of the HCB-LD series. Standard sensor is HCB-LD-50/50 with a flowrate of 25ml/min and a size range of 1 to 100 µm.

PAMAS SVSS

The SVSS system is a standard laboratory particle counter for pharmaceutical applications (control of parenterals, infusion solutions, ophthalmic & oral fluids) and other low-viscous liquids. The instrument may be used as “stand alone” or software controlled.

A stepper-motor-actuated precision syringe moves the sample through the laser-diode sensor at the optimum flow-rate and an accurate sample volume is achieved. Using interchangeable syringes, the SVSS can analyse sampling volumes of different sizes, from 100 µl to 1000 ml. For small volumes, a special “Small Volume Kit” is available.

The system can be used with different light extinction sensors. The standard sensor HCB-LD-25/25 is equipped with a flow-rate of 10 ml/min and a size range of 1 to 200 µm.
